Welcome here - I am your “Doula Mama.” I am excited to welcome you to First Breath Doula Care & Wellness. My journey has brought me to this stage in life to share my experiences, knowledge, mother-wit, and wisdom with you; for you, and with your daughters, sister-friends, nieces, and partners. 

 Motherhood is a sacred gift. When you choose to become a mother, you will experience the unparalleled wonder of giving birth. As “Doula Mama,” your birth support partner, I have chosen to actively journey with you and your family in the miracle of birthing. My intention is to also share my health & wellness insights, maternal resources, and encouragement through compassionate care.

It is my honor, if chosen by you, to connect and align in a mutual exchange of trust where we will share ideas, feedback, and community. I look forward to embarking upon this journey of birthing success - together.
